Founded in 2008 as a MOD team to develop an entry in the Epic Games and Intel Make Something Unreal competition, Gaslight Games changed focus in 2009 when the Get in the Game event opened its doors.

With backing from Sony, Get in the Game gave independent video games developers the chance to pitch their concepts to the cream of the crop and potentially receive funding and support from the best at SCEE.

In 2010, Gaslight Games developed their debut game Skin Ink and entered this into the Dare with Bamboo competition, run by Wacom – the Worlds largest art tablet manufacturer.
Skin Ink was fortunate enough to win the competition and has lead to a fantastic working relationship with Wacom.

Throughout 2011, Gaslight Games were published in notable magazines Making Games and EDGE, as well as giving workshops at the British Science Festival.

Beyond developing our own titles, Gaslight Games creates 3rd party applications and technologies for a wide variety of aspects including martial arts and interactive marketing.
